We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our "Book a Consultation" intake form. This includes:

• Full Name: To identify you and personalize our communications.
• Business Name & Business Type: To understand the operations and industry context of your inquiry.
• Email Address & Phone Number: To contact you and schedule your consultation session.
• Project Scope & Notes: Any operational details or technical requirements you share with us.

Operational & Client Platform Data

In addition to the consultation intake information above, for clients engaged under a WAaaS subscription, we may process operational data on your behalf as part of managing your hosted application — including your customers' booking, scheduling, or contact information, and payment transaction data processed through third-party payment providers. This data is processed solely to operate and maintain your application and is not used by Blue-CollarDigitals for any purpose beyond providing the contracted service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to deliver our services, each of which may process data on our behalf:

• Render (application hosting)
• Supabase (database infrastructure, for applicable client projects)
• Square Canada (payment processing, for applicable client projects)

Each provider is contractually and/or technically restricted to processing data solely for the purpose of delivering the relevant service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for business operational purposes, specifically to:

• Evaluate your business requirements and prepare appropriate software suggestions.
• Follow up via email or phone within 24 hours regarding your consultation booking.
• Communicate milestones, quotes, or updates related to our consulting engagement.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal information to third-party marketers or other entities under any circumstances.

5. Consent

By submitting your details via our intake form, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at jerome@blue-collardigitals.ca.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain your consultation requests for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purpose for which they were collected or as required by law. We employ robust technical safeguards (including Django-grade secure SQL databases, CSRF protection, and restricted administrative dashboard access controls) to shield your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

For WAaaS clients, operational and business data processed on your behalf is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, we will provide a full data export and will delete retained data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe thereafter, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy legislation, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections if it is inaccurate or incomplete. If you wish to review, update, or request the deletion of your personal records, please submit your request to jerome@blue-collardigitals.ca.
